Joe has over 25 years experience working in the IT industry. He began his career as a Software Engineer and quickly progressed to various leadership roles within a number of high profile organisations, both local and international.
Joe has over 20 years strategic leadership experience, leading and directing the creation and provision of software products and services on a global stage. Throughout this time he has been highly successful in developing and growing business relationships and multifunctional teams working across broad geographical boundaries. More recently Joe has been actively engaged in Learning and Development, heading up the L&D function at Northern Ireland’s largest Fintech employer; leading Strategic Skills development for their global technology organisation. During this time Joe has been instrumental in transforming L&D both locally and globally with an innovative and immersive approach; enabling and empowering its employees to be successful in this ever-changing and highly demanding field.
Joe’s strengths come from his wealth of experience working with global high performing teams. This has allowed him to develop a broad cultural awareness and understanding of the value of diversity.
