Coaching supports individuals and leaders to be authentic, open and enables them to cultivate environments in which people can thrive. Building better communication, resilience, and problem-solving skills, coaching enables us to better engage, empower, and lead ourselves and others.

Clients come to coaching because they want change. They want to get to a place they are not at today, whether that is in their external or internal world – or both.

Our coaching sessions centre on exploring and developing the individual’s capability, competence and commitment to delivering effective results. This is achieved through encouraging self-awareness and reflection, identifying and challenging self-limitations, with an outcome focus on solutions and actions.

Mentoring

Mentoring is a developmental partnership through which the mentor shares knowledge, skills, information, and perspective to support the mentee in personal and professional development. It is a professional relationship based upon mutual trust and respect.

A mentor is someone who helps another person through an important transition such as coping with a new situation like a new job or a major change in personal circumstances or in career development or personal growth.

The role of mentor is a very important one and whether the relationship is formal or informal, the fact is that a good mentor can be instrumental in the development of not only a mentee’s skills and knowledge, but also their behaviour, attitude and outlook.
